Domino's Pizza - Roma

I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. There was only one employee working, and I never saw him wash his hands. He was taking orders and handling money at the same time. It took an hour and thirty minutes for a single pizza to arrive, and when it finally did, it was burnt. Don't waste your time here; I recommend going to Pizza Hut instead. The staff here were also extremely rude.

The service was terrible; there was only one employee working on a Friday night. The pizza we ordered was cold, even though we dined in, and it was burnt as well. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I definitely won't be returning.

The restaurant had a staff of four employees in the back who seemed to be having a great time, while one young employee in the front was handling all the pizza orders. I was waiting at the front, hoping someone would come by to assist me.

I placed an order and, of course I WAS CHARGED... then I receive a call from one of the team members telling me they were not going to be able to bring my pizza because they were too busy WOW!!! That 's what all businesses want, to have a lot of customers. I had to call back and demand a refund, because it was still showing as a charge in my bank account. Employees also need to learn how to treat customers with respect, we customers) are not their friends or speak their slang They REALLY need an intensive course in SOFT SKILLS!!! If they don 't know how to decently speak to the customers, I can 't imagine how their HYGIENE habits are.

Sausage pizza had only 2 pieces of sausage a slice. No bs. I should've taken a picture. I hope next time I go they won't do this again.
