Inside Out Cafe Lounge - Roma

Sono stato qui un paio di volte dopo un allenamento intenso e non vedevo l'ora di mangiare. Il servizio è rapido e affidabile. Di solito ordino un'insalata con pollo croccante, ed è piuttosto buona. Hanno anche panini e wrap. Si tratta di una cucina di base, quindi sapere questo può aiutare ad aggiustare le aspettative. È un buon posto per uno spuntino veloce o un pranzo di lavoro in base. Naturalmente, a volte diventa molto affollato e potresti dover aspettare durante le ore di punta.

Letteralmente il panino più unto che abbia mai mangiato. È un ristorante molto semplice sulla base navale e l'atmosfera è rilassata e informale. Ma il pane del panino era talmente impregnato d'olio che è stato difficile asciugarlo, nonostante avessi tentato di tamponarlo con un tovagliolo diverse volte. Quando si ha poco tempo, a volte bisogna mangiare in fretta e tornare al lavoro. Se devi farlo, evita questo posto. Io non ci tornerò.

Il cibo era davvero buono. Grazie soprattutto a Lisa e Robert. Ho sentito molti complimenti dai miei compagni di studio. L'unica nota negativa sarebbe l'attesa. Nel mio primo giorno lì, abbiamo aspettato oltre 40 minuti in fila.

The past 3 times I've been here it has been over 30 minutes before receiving my order. Didn't order anything fancy and wasn't on busy times. Rather desolate really. Just a salad. When I brought it up each time they just shrug.

I have eaten here 4 times now. Today service was much slower than normal. I do have to admit they were busier than I have ever seen before. We had ordered at 11:53 and our food arrived at 12:45. I had a 1PM meeting so I rushed through the meal. We did ask 3 times where our food was. The crowd had cleared and still no food. I finally asked for a manger and then things moved quickly. Although not the Food Manager he made it right. He refunded our money and gave us a coupon for a free next meal visit. I was happy with his fix of my problem but the issue will probably not change. The food staff got overwhelmed and according to the outside Manager should have asked for help. They were a rudderless ship that ran aground! Due to Military operations they could very easily overwhelmed again. The great thing about this place is despite having a captive audience (no other good food for miles) they serve pretty good food. I have only had there Burgers and they are delicious. They have quality patties and and good fresh ingredients. The fries are crisp and tasty. I worry they will continue to let their service slip. Bad service can kill even a on base restaurant. That would be a shame.
