It remains a mystery to me why this place has so few reviews as it is undoubtedly the best pizza in Rome, for vegans and non vegans alike. Tucked away in the heart of Trastevere, this bakery is famous for their old school pizza topped with fresh ingredients—the majority of which are veggies. On the day we went, we were able to order no less than 5 non-dairy options (there were more available). They were all scrumptious and so beautifully made.

On the day we went, we could not order less than 5 non-dairy options (there was more available). They were all lovely and so beautiful.

They had a few different vegan and vegetarian options to choose from and it all looked amazing! They ask how much you want and you pay by weight.
