I can produce a better quality brisket from Costco on my pellet grille than what I had today. The half pound brisket was 2 slices of at least 30% not edible fat. If you are going to charge by the weight , at least make sure the cut is edible. The sandwiches were small and close to $15. The chips at $2 a small bag, way over priced. Meat taste had nothing spectacular. The only thing I found interesting were the restrooms, very weird indeed and felt like I was conducting my business in a bar. All in all, I wish I had gone elsewhere for a meal, this place just isn’t that great and those You Tube reviews are nothing more and nothing less than an opinion; and of course everyone has one
Great brisket! Ribs are well worth the visit. Avoid what they consider potato salad. More of a spicy potato mush. Plan to stand in line but worth the wait.
The sliced brisket sandwich was UNBELIEVABLE. My wife and son each had the pulled pork sandwich and were very impressed, as well. And the shells and cheese was just the right combination of creamy and spicy.
Best brisket we had during our Texas road trip! Didn’t care for the sauces so I recommend placing a to go order and pair with your favorite sauce. Pork and sausage ok but I can’t stop thinking about the brisket. Pickles standard fare as well as pinto beans. Did I mention the brisket?????
Super tender brisket sandwhich garnished with pickles and onions and complimented with made in house sauces. The staff was fun and beers were free! You have to try the disco bathroom. On the southeast side of the east side. Not as famous, but just as good as the more main stream spots.
