Dunkin' - Roman Forest

Something is wrong with their coffee, Not like all other Dunkin's maybe they are using some off beat coffee to keep cost down. Not good what ever it is.

Clean place, quick staff, cold food and no donuts available. Ordered hot cocoa, a latte, and wake up wraps with hash browns. Cocoa was scalding, hot latte was tap temp, and food had ice in the center. Had to ask them to remicrowave it.

First time there. Went inside to place a to go order. Almost left without my daughter's sandwich order bc I thought they had put it in my bag. Thankfully, I checked before I drove away and went back into the bldg. The woman, in a clipped manner, told me that many people were waiting; a different employee grabbed my sandwich for me from where, I assume, they usually put it to be picked up by the customer.

I get the croissant with maple bacon, egg cheese it's always good.

Stopped by this store at 4:49 to get some donuts only to find the store was out. They only had about 4 muffins and the girl working there couldn't tell me what kind they were. I instead ordered 2 pumpkin swirl iced coffees. They were awful, the coffee used tasted burnt. We threw them in the trash. The whole place was run by kids with no knowledge of operating a store or dealing with customers.
