Jack In The Box - Roman Forest

I normally don’t leave reviews but last night I ordered food off the jack in the box app and unfortunately I had only gotten the drink. After i asked the driver about the food she told me they told her that’s all there was. The driver mainly spoke Spanish, luckily I am able to as well. I could tell there was miscommunication and a misunderstanding due to a language barrier. I wanted to post this mostly to tell the young lady who helped us that she was very professional about the whole situation and was very nice. I wish I would’ve gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves. Thank you again for everything last night and even remaking the food fresh for us.
