Jack In The Box - Roman Forest

Typical fast food. Low quality with a lack of customer service. But, it was quick and you know what to expect.

On 4/18 11:53pm yet again another awful experience with this place. There seems to be only 1 person working . The same guy that took our order is making the food. So much for fast food, we’ve been sitting at the window with no eta. Do better, I came to write a review not realizing I had already did that in a previous experience. On 10/21 at 2 am no one answered at the drive through and no one at the window . I drive a little further just to find the employee sleeping on a makeshift bed out of chairs in the dinning area. Minus well not be open.

The food was okay, a little greasy but that go for too.

Didn't get the sandwich if I ordered. Not only that I called and nobody bothered calling me back and I told him no ketchup and the sandwich I gave him had catch up on it so I couldn't eat it. Just threw it away wasted time and wasted money

My husband bought burger with fries and 4 tacos, got home with NO tacos . Tried calling literally 10 times , no one answered the phone. My husband went back to get them and the guy gave him attitude. The worse Jack ever. We try to give them a chance but everytime we go they mess up the order.
