Snowflake Donuts 1 - Roman Forest

I ordered some kolaches and donuts for my wife and I. We both love their sausage kolaches. Which are better than Shipley's.

This place will over charged you. Check before even handing your payment to her.

Wonderful donuts and kolaches, but the owner is dishonest. She is incredibly friendly and will give you extra donut holes, donuts, and maybe even some little kolaches. BUT she will charge you for these without your knowledge! Avoid this dishonest business. Last week I ordered 4 donuts .99 each) and 2 kolaches 1.99 each). She gave us four extra donuts and about a dozen donut holes but charged us 22! I’ve been here many times and paid without stopping to think about the price. Never again will I go here.

DON’T COME HERE! The lady is friendly and said “put a donut and donut holes for free” but sneakily charged me extra. When I told her she got nervous and started saying I ordered other things that I never did. She gave me my money back as if she was doing me a favor?? Please avoid this place they approach you very nicely saying they’re giving you things for free and sneakily charge you extra!!!!

If you like being called baby repeatedly while ordering just go here you’ll get a boost of self confidence! I ordered clearly once then she asked, “baby what was that?” So I ordered clearly a second time with the same reply from her again. I ordered the third and she said, “is that all baby?” When I said “yes,” she replied are you sure you don’t want a drink baby? Then she charged me $11 for a biscuit and a donut??! When I asked, “how is it $11?” she just turned around and pointed at the board for and awkward 30 seconds and then turned backed around and said, “because baby, you don’t want drink or donut holes? Refused to acknowledge she overcharged and insisted I take donut holes. Horrible experience, will not be going back
