Bojangles - Rome

I loved this morning being able to dine in. The restaurant was clean. I enjoyed watching the Manager interview and getting to know an applicant. God's love.

Let me start by saying, the food was actually really good. Whoever the have in the back cooking is doing a good job. However. The woman working the register was, by far, the rudest person I have ever dealt with in 29 years. On top of that, it took 30minutes to get from the door to the register because they were only taking one inside order at a time so the drive through linetimes were good. I guess inside serving times don't matter. Overall, I would eat at Bojangles again, but would never come nearthis location again.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. The chicken was so tough that it was nearly inedible; it would be better suited for the trash than for your teeth! Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru window completely ignored us and tossed our food at us after we requested straws and extra napkins. We won’t be coming back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I ordered three number 10 meals and one three-piece leg meal. When I got to the window, they couldn't even get my order right and had me pull over to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. When they finally brought it out, all three orders of fries were cold, and I found a hair in my coleslaw. They didn't give me one of my chicken legs, nor any hot sauce, and I had to ask for my receipt at the window but never received it. My kids and fiancé wanted the classic chicken sandwich, which is a number 10, but ended up getting a spicy one instead. My chicken legs were really small, and my biscuit was undercooked. We paid over $33 for this meal, and it was very disappointing.

This Bojangles did not meet expectations. The chicken was tough, and the biscuits were hard. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
