Contribuisci feedbackThe staff here is unfriendly and unprofessional. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle.
The restaurant is consistently understaffed. When there was a line, the manager passed by without offering any assistance to customers. I came in for steak and chicken, but neither was available. The manager seemed unfriendly and informed me it would take 10 minutes to prepare carne asada. They were also out of peppers, onions, and queso. I decided to leave because the wait was unreasonable and the manager's demeanor was quite frustrated. I won't be returning.
I love to eat here how ever when I order anything through the Mobil app I’m always left sitting at the window and my food is never ready for pick up , why don’t y’all just do a drive through cause we’re left waiting for our food over 15 mins always cause the staff is to busy being kids and I have pic of that also, they just standing around chatting and look over at the window and continue to ignore that I’m sitting there , customer service sucks along with that young so called manager who don’t manage her staff.
Wow I walked in the place and the gentleman named Adam greeted me with a smile I asked him a couple questions as it was my first time he answered the questions perfectly the burrito was put together greatly keep up the awesome work!!!
Food was great. My order was delivered to the wrong place.
