I’m giving it 3 stars because I requested plates and seasoning packets, but the cashier said there would be an extra charge. It wouldn't have been a problem if I had been informed about the extra charge when I placed the order over the phone.
Cannot follow delivery instructions, so don't bother. I only asked them to call me when they showed up, and left my number on the notes. Instead my pizza was left with the front desk, and it was over 20 minutes before I received it, and my coworker hadthe same issue last week.
My order was wrong! They handle it professionally and got it fixed!! Thanks for responding to the mix up respectfully! Means alot!!!
I experienced some missing items in my order! I tried calling, but no one answered even after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes. I submitted an online claim, and the only thing they offered me was a coupon for a deal they’ve been running for a while. Thanks a lot! Terrible service—I'll definitely be avoiding this location in the future!
I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. The delivery drivers delivered my food to the wrong door without contacting me. They also sent the incorrect cheese dip and refused to issue a refund. I was informed that I had to wait for the delivery driver to return to get my correct dipping sauce because they only had one driver available. It’s not my fault the order was wrong, and I don't want store credit. Additionally, one of the drivers was dismissive when I requested a specific delivery service and insisted that I sign the receipt. When I went outside, I found the receipt discarded on the ground by my porch. I won’t be ordering from here again; the customer service was terrible.
