Fuji Japanese Steak House - Rome

The sushi here is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, the service leaves something to be desired. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could inquire about my online order. Despite that, I would absolutely recommend trying the sushi—it’s definitely worth it!

I love Fuji sushi! I have started coming here from more than two years ago and their food has been consistently good. Our server Kay has always been very attentive. I usually get sushi but I’ve had their udon before too and it was also really good. I would strongly recommend you check out Fuji if you are craving for sushi or hibachi!

I visited for the first time today after coming across a mix of reviews. The food was outstanding, and the restaurant had a lovely cozy atmosphere. However, the service could use some improvement. It was lunchtime and we were the only customers, so I expected the staff to be eager to make us feel welcomed, but it took them a while to acknowledge us after we seated ourselves. Perhaps they were experiencing a lag and felt frustrated, but it's important to remember that customers are the ones keeping the business afloat! Just as we were about to leave, two more cars arrived, and a different staff member came out who seemed more enthusiastic. Despite the service hiccup, we definitely plan to return, as the quality of the food and the prices were excellent. I'm hopeful that as more people discover this place, they will experience consistent business, leading to improved service in the future.

Was able to convert some of there dinners to gluten free was delicious and very friendly!
