Contribuisci feedbackWe enjoy Jack's, but at this visit there was no sodas at all, said they ran out of ingredient for making sodas when we started getting tea, there was no front we got something Otc. Maybe they were short? No good day for service.
We had a great experience here. The staff was welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The milk shakes here are great as well. We were big fans of the high top booths but did see some 10-top tables and some cozy seating by the fireplace. We would highly recommend!
OK definitely better than McDonald's and not sure it wasn't better than Burger King. At least the dinning room was open and you could go in sat down and eat instead of just drive through. Food was good but the person working the counter seemed to have a problem listening. Like a lot of people in this work force and younger generation of today's society they can't hear what you're saying for talking themselves
This place was a very nice place to go when they first opened up. People were eager to help, attitudes were positive, and food was great. Unfortunately for the past year, the customer service has gone down hill. I have worked in retail for 18 years and know all about customer service and how important it is to have a positive experience to represent your business. The people that took my order last month ..Me at the window- I have an online order I placed online and need to pick it up and I would also like to add to that order because I forgot something . In a very rude tone No you can 't add to the order . I said ok I can pay for it separate. The employee in Very Rude Sarcastic Annoyed Tone What do you want? . I mean really! They didn 't give me a receipt or I would have left a review earlier. I have had a bad experience morning, noon, and night here. Different staff, bad attitudes, bad service. They seem so annoyed at the drive through window getting your orders ready. Your system was supposedly down tonight at 10:40 on 8/19/22 and said to come back in 10 minutes pushing it 10 minutes before they close. I just wanted a milkshake. I would not come back 10 min before they close because I know how it feels to help customers later than your open hours. Oh well. Customer service and willingness to help customers in a positive attitude is really what this location needs. I have not had any issues with food during my experiences there. Hope this reaches the right person.
Definitely looks nothing like the picture posted. This is what they?re serving, therefore this is what should be posted just so you know what you?re paying for. I understand the items will not be picture perfect but this is not even remotely close, but I was expected to pay the price of what was advertised. Also complained to manager on duty which didn?t even bother to remake and satisfy the customer. Epic failure, definitely not chik-fil-a quality nor customer service.
