I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was quite rude and seemed very judgmental. When I pointed out that they had messed up my order, she responded in a discourteous manner. I also felt that I was charged incorrectly for the mistake. When I called to address the issue, she became defensive, hung up on me, and accused me of harassing the business. This situation really needs to be addressed. Her name is Ashley, and as the manager, her behavior reflects poorly on the establishment.
The order was not prepared on time, and it seemed like they hadn't even started working on it. This is what the supreme club sandwich apparently looks like; they included less than half of the ingredients. I'm really glad I left a tip.
We ordered our food online to pick-up. When we got there the cold sandwiches were ready but the hot ones were not. We followed the times for the online order. When my husband said y’all need to update your app for online orders. The manager responded “Subway is open”. Then she turned around and gave a lady who came in after us and ordered through the line her sandwich for free for waiting. As we stood there for 30 minutes pass our pick-up time. We never received an apology and was told to go to Subway. We had paid for our sandwiches online. Horrible service and the manager needs to be fired for her customer service.
Just ate a Philly Cheese Steak. It was poor. No cheese hardly. Not very much flavor. Very disappointing
