Moe's Original B Que - Rome

I am a major BBQ fanatic.... And this place passed with flying colors!! I had BBQ with perfect flavor, baked beans (also perfect) with cole slaw (a bit dry for my liking but I put some pepper sauce on it and ate some on my sandwich. My mom had Mahi fish tacos (incredible) with the most perfect collard greens ever. Sweet tea was on point. A bar patron saw my excitement for the food and offered to let me try a crackling pork skin.. Good! The sweet little bartender was knowledgeable and very sweet! Can't wait to go back for more!

We went on Mothers Day. Wasn't sure how the place worked... A friendly employee talked us through the process. Order at counter, pay. Take a number, get drinks and sit where ever you like. Moderately priced. I didn't expect much, even though the bbq smell was very nice... Boy was I wrong. It was AMAZING bbq! I got a pulled chicken sandwich which was really good. Toasted bun. Hint of coleslaw. Nice. My sides were mac and cheese which was like grandma used to make. yummy! And the baked beans had a wonderful, smoky hint to them that I'd never had before and loved!!! My husband got a pulled pork sandwich which he devoured. Said it was excellent. He is prone to heartburn, so I was a little concerned, but it didn't affect him. It wasn't greasy like a lot of bbq is. We decided to split a banana pudding, it was different. Fluffy like it was half pudding half whipped topping. Tasty and unlike any I had ever had. We will be back!

This place is awesome!! Great food, great prices!! The dining area inside and outside is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly! I would recommend Anyone and everyone to try this place and you will go back again and again! 10 stars!

Off the chain! My wife and I are major BBQ critics, and I have been all over the country driving an eighteen wheeler and checking out some of the finest BBQ you can get. MOE'S is hands down in my top 5. If you want real smoked meat, great made from scratch sides, and some of the best in class georgia sweet tea (not syrup actual tea) coupled with a fantastic location and a full bar on the river, you need to get down to Moe's. 5 all the way! Awesome job Moe's

This place is absolutely the best! Great food! Extremely friendly staff! A must try for anyone!
