Shane's Rib Shack - Rome

Ate here right when the plandemic started. Great food and service. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was served the correct order fast and as safe as possible. I personally love their chicken fingers in lemon pepper. They are amazing.

Great atmosphere, great food! They have burgers, BBQ, ribs, chicken, wings, salads, something for everyone! And the prices aren't bad either! It's a nice place to go with family and for a date. Definitely will be making a another return trip.

Mistakes happen. But, the same mistake twice in the same visit is UNACCEPTABLE! Come on people verify the order and recheck before you present it. I caught the error the first time, now I have to check the remake to make sure it’s what I ordered TWICE already?!?!??! Ugggghhhh. The “manager” said I could come back and pick up my order anytime within the next ten days. “Is that it,” I asked? Silence. No, apology. But, she did pass the blame to the kitchen..real classy. Unless you wanna feel like a Shane’s employee doing quality control; keep looking! UPDATE: GM called to apologize! Thank you! Makes all the difference to me. Hopefully this was a good training moment for someone.
