Starbucks - Rome

I always choose this place over any other. Krystal and Tamala are the most delightful and professional baristas you could find. They always greet everyone with a smile and make the best coffee around. The location is always very clean whenever I visit. I can’t wait to go there for a fantastic start to my day!

I’m a devoted coffee lover—whether it’s a café latte, café macchiato, café mocha, or just a plain cup of coffee. But if you haven’t had their Strawberry Frappuccino, you’re missing out on something truly special. I realize their drinks can be on the expensive side, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself to a little indulgence, right? This frappuccino is like the most delicious virgin strawberry frozen drink, complete with a generous dollop of whipped cream. It’s simply heavenly. Thank you, Starbucks!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my experience at the Starbucks inside Kroger. The addition of a young lady named Maria has truly made a difference. She provides excellent customer service and is always very respectful. I highly recommend that everyone ask for Maria when you stop by. I also think it would be great if the manager considered giving her a full-time position. By the way, I haven't had any issues with the other staff, but it seems they don't quite get things right like Maria does! To wrap it up, Maria is definitely the backbone of that Starbucks. I give her two thumbs up!

Pros: Item Selection Wonderful! Prompt Service Yes, indeed! Cleanliness Oh, yeah! Friendliness of Staff Wonderful! Would you Recommend Definitely! Cons: On a senior citizen limited income, prices are a little steep so I only enjoy my favorite coffee about once a month.

Jonathon could tell I was having a bad day and asked if I was ok. He was super nice and thoughtful. Great customer service!
