Starbucks - Rome

Okay, I'm a Diehard coffee fan. cafe latte, cafe machiatto, cafe mocha, simple coffee, etc., but if they didn't try their strawberry frappucino, then they didn't really live. yes, I know that their drinks are expensive, but who can argue with a good old fashion, all American self-confidence once in a 's'? it is like the best tasting virgin earthberry frozen drink, with a generous blot of whipped cream. pure heaven. Why? closes at 8 o'clock, I came into the line and the next person was I and said it closes at 6:55 o'clock. wait in the line for my turn, without telling me that I left the door, I felt divided. discriminatory, not satisfied with service. 2 employees, girlfriend wanted to ask me what to order, man asked sad, closed?

I sat there for over 20 minutes on a drink and the load was also empty, and they did the drink wrong and everything they did was in order.

Hello everyone, The Starbucks located in Kroger is now the best thanks to the addition of a young lady named Maria. She provides excellent customer service, is very respectful, and does a great job. I highly recommend asking for Maria when shopping there. I also suggest that the manager consider giving her a full-time position. While I haven't had any issues with anyone else, they just don't compare to Maria. She is truly the backbone of Starbucks at this location. I give her two thumbs up!
