Wendy's - Rome

They tried the strawberry frosty at this restaurant and it was large and delicious. The staff were very friendly.

It would be nice if you could dine in and enjoy your meal, as the dining room seems to have been closed for about 3 years. It would be even better if they could get our order right at the drive-thru. Additionally, the lady at the window could be a bit friendlier. I will likely choose to dine elsewhere next time.

There were only six cars in the drive-thru line, but it still took 20 minutes to place my order and receive a cold cheeseburger. There were only two staff members working inside. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I recommend going to Arby's next door, where the service is always fast and the food is made to order and hot.

We ordered three burgers we only have one burger right to miss the meat, and they said their sandwich maker is there 15 years

I'd really wish they'd do better! This is shameful. Rome restaurants are terrible. Wendy's is about to get cut off just like Cookout.
