Contribuisci feedbackI visit this Zaxby's often since it's conveniently located near my workplace. Today, I have to give a big shoutout to the cooks—the fries were perfectly cooked, and the chicken was hot without being overdone. Great job to the staff today!
I really enjoy Zaxby's salads, but I had a disappointing experience at their location on Shorter Ave in Rome. I ordered a Cobb salad, but the lettuce was old—it was dark and wilted, and the cucumbers tasted bitter. I ended up having to throw away half of it. I just hope I don't end up with any foodborne illness.
It was a typical drive-thru experience with quick service and everything prepared to order. I plan to return in the future.
