Chili's Grill - Romeoville

It's Chili's. They are all pretty standard. This location was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. I had a great server, I wish I had remembered the name. The food was fine, nothing great, nothing bad. In my opinion, Chili's is one of those spots you stop at when you're not sure what you want. Their menu runs the spectrum

I hate giving all 5 stars because this is just another Chili's. But, I will say that the servers there have always been amazing, the floors and tables are always clean, and the food always tastes great. Sure, our dessert wasn't perfect this time, but this was a first. Sure, they forgot to give me a spoon with my soup. But they were always willing to fix the problem and always doing so with a sincere apology and speed to fix the problem. I also go here specifically for the server named Trent. He is always awesome! He even remembers us from previous visits! Would absolutely recommend this chili's to anyone looking for a solid meal, great service, and a nice night out. I have never left this place feeling disappointed.

Our waitress Channel was awesome. We had a handicap guest with our party of 6 and Channel went out of her way to accommodate us. She rearrange tables and chairs in a section that was not open for customers yet. Her table manners were above expectations, and served us all like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Thank You Channel

The service was slow. We didn't know that another shift began at 5. We arrived at 4:30 and got our food after 6 pm. The food was mediocre due to the kitchen rushing to get orders done. We spoke with manager, he was understanding and made accommodations for us. The Manager was great however the food wasn't.

The food was great! Pretty greasy. Some might like it, others might not. It is pretty expensive for the quality of food though. I truly appreciated our host though! They were kind and professional and made sure our drinks were filled at all times. Overall a pleasant experience!
