Contribuisci feedbackThis is attached to the Hotel Sierra Hidalga, but is also used by the locals especially for breakfast when it is very busy. The menus are in Spanish with no English alternative, and the staff speak very little English, but were very friendly, which means you are guessing what you are eating. Breakfasts are good with a very good bacon sandwich on offer with freshly squeezed Sevillle orange juice. It has a choice of eating areas, inside the bar area, in a conservatory, or outside under a canopy. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning inside and was very warm. There were plenty f snacks on offer with chips but the evening meals were not to my liking so we ate out every night after the first night and there are plenty of places in Ronda to try different kinds of cuisine. It also offers cured meats, oils, olives, ice creams and bread all to take away. A very Spanish atmosphere, which is what you go for.
This restaurant is part of the Hotel Sierra Hidalgo on the road from Ronda to San Pedro de Alcantara (Marbella). It is very Spanish in decor with dozens of cured hams hanging from the rafters. The menu features a lot of game selections and locally sourced meat. My husband's leg of lamb was delicious and had the flavor he always misses in imported lamb. I don't eat meat so I had fish which was prepared nicely and not over cooked.
Trato excelente desde que entramos por la puerta y eso que eran las 15:30 y aquello estaba lleno de gente comiendo. La comida casera buenísima, todo muy bueno, pedimos lagarto ibérico, unos callos, la carrillada estaba espectacular, filetes de cerdo, ensaladilla rusa y postres, excepto las anillas de calamar que parecían congelado , pero todo lo demás estuvo muy muy bueno, volvería a repetir
Un buen restaurante, muy buena comida, todo lo que pedimos muy bueno, por ponerle alguna pega las anillas de caramal parecían congeladas y no estaban muy buena, por lo demas todo perfecto, el personal muy amable. Pasamos de paso pero volveremos . Lo recomiendo.
Despues de varias veces que paramos a comer en este restaurante por fin tengo que dedicar un momento a poner una reseña porque se lo merece. Siempre nos atendieron fenomenal, y la comida nunca nos defraudó siempre riquisima. Las almejas a la marinera, el rape tambien a la marinera, el bacalao, la parrilada de pescado etc todo lo que comimos siempre buenisimo. Gracias Miguel por ese esmero que pones en todo y a todo el personal de sevicio, siempre muy atento.
