Excellent sandwiches well prepared and definitely consistent

My first time and I wasn’t disappointed. Love that their food is made in-house and fresh everyday. The warm greeting and customer service sealed the deal. My new favorite spot!

Stale aftertaste.I stopped by the establishment today for a quick lunch. After peacefully washing my hands and joining the queue to order, I noticed a beautiful display of tomatoes on the counter. I tested one for aroma (A common practice to connect with food before introducing it to the cellular level, particularly at the food establishment or market. Surprisingly, this pure and simple act of engagement and admiration gave birth to the uncontrolled eruption of anger, hatred, and aggression from an employee preparing sandwiches who immediately addressed me as disgusting, embarrassing himself and putting other customers in discomfort. Combined with Andrea Bocelli singing in the background, this unacceptable treatment took a few seconds to register.Humbled, I immediately paid $10 cash for the tomato, left it on the counter, and walked away.There were endless scenarios for handling a situation like this. Still, the employee chose the one that exposed his lack of work ethic, his disposition toward customers, and the establishment's service culture.Another possibility is that a simple sandwich preparation process completely exhausted his mental and intellectual abilities, leaving nothing but negative emotions and substandard communication skills to take over his adolescent grey matter. Either way, you need two for tango to be good—food quality and customer experience. You failed on the latter. I'm confident that aside from myself, you lost all other customers who witnessed this theatrical performance today—shame on you, La Mia Focaccia, and good luck with your future endeavors.

Absolutely a must for sandwich lovers. The bread is freshly made and 10/10. Everything seems to be made in house and the portions are very fair. Plus comes with a small pasta salad which is very tasty. I normally get the vegetarian options but tried the tuna. And was not disappointed! They have options for the bread and they are all equally delicious! Quality!
