Pelican Wings And Things

Unfortunately, there was not an option for zero stars, so I have to give them one. This is my second time dealing with Pelicans and both times were negative. Both times I placed orders, one for pick up and one for delivery and neither one was on time. The pick up was not ready until 45 mins. after it was scheduled to be ready. The delivery took 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. We kept calling and asking where our food was and kept being told it would be there in 15 mins. When the food did come it was cold, there were no forks and no salad dressing for the salad. No apologies offered, nothing to make up for the poor customer service, no phone calls to explain the delays. I will not be ordering from them EVER again and neither will anyone else in my organization. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ignore the positive reviews, believe me, most of them are fake accounts; they are trying to boost their poor ratings to stay afloat. Try changing your service!!!

The food was cold and missing items no explanations just so what.

Was not happy with the young lady that pick up to take the order. Straight rude for no reason, customer service is terrible. On top of ordering tenders, the was over cooked the chicken was straight dry.

This is the third time I have ordered from Pelican Wings and things. We have ordered wings from many other places and by far- these are the best. They are good sized, meaty wings and are perfectly Cooked. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Great prices and selection. Friendly staff. Great hot wings, a lot of food for the money. Clean organized. Not long wait times after placing your order. Food is fresh, hot made when ordered!! Would recommend, if only offer a few dessert options, would be nice if were available. Good seating options. Good menu options!
