South Rooty Hill Country Fried Chicken

Quaint little takeaway shop of the old school mold located on the southern side of rooty Hill station. Great fried chicken and generous salting. Would have preferred it fried to order but I had warm chicken and steaming hot chips.

Fried chicken here is off tap especially when fresh. Try the fried chicken, coleslaw and chips Great staff always happy with the service.

Great food and prices!Ordered via mention, a traditional beef burger and 5 pieces of chicken to eat while I watched the grand final, it was great.Everything tasted fresh. Burger bun was soft AF, beef patty was thick and moist, plus they added cheese with no extra charge. (I was happy to pay for it) 5 pc country fried chicken was still hot, moist and not oily like alot of other places. All delivered for under 30 bux!Can't wait for lockdown to end so I can go in person and eat there.Thank you.

The best fried chicken in the area! If you're looking for a quick bite, this is the place to be! The staff is wonderful as well!
