Café De La Música - Rosario

This beautiful house that belonged to a relative of Dr. Alfredo Palacios, was built in 1927 by the architects José Gerbino and Leopoldo Schwartz, authors of emblematic pink buildings. After passing after successive owners, but always as a family home, the Arq. Pablo Dell Orefice and a group of collaborators took the house to rehabilitate it as its state was very good and the construction of superior quality. After a year of work and the updating of bathrooms and kitchen, since few doors and windows needed to be sanded and/or painted because they were impeccable, arises from all that work and the inspiration of Orefice this Music Café that calls artists from various disciplines, not just musical. Exhibitions of plastic artists, live performances of guitarists, pianists, jazz, bosanova, classics and not so classics, is a constant in which culture, coffee, executive menu with three or four proposals, dishes of very varied cuisine with pastas, meats, fish and salads the own pastry at the time of tea and the proposal of various activities on Fridays and Saturdays. The environments are distributed and prepared in such a way that no one is distracted by the entry and exit of the people and the focus is on the group formed for that particular moment, in which everyone feels important and treated without being protagonists.
