A traditional house (Spanish style form the middle of the XX century with relatively high ceilings and lovely wooden floors) The black wall paper spotted with large white flowers adds a vintage flavour to it and brings some oriental character to the ambience. Anything you might pick from the menu will be good quality and fresh. The offer is wide enough for anyone to find something to their particular taste. They even have a vegetarian option. And although their tamago is a bit more thick than expected, I think their non-rice rolls are probably the best. Drinks are really good: they cater the tradicional ones plus a wide range of creative ones. Compliments to the barman!About desserts: I've only tried the tiramisu of the three options listed on the menu, and it was tasty. I would suggest here some Japanese accents or at least a simple green tea ice-cream for those who, like me, are a bit reluctant to end a marvellous sushi night with an Italian (or continental) flavour.
I went to Fabrica de Sushi with a couple of friends. We were greeted by the waitress and showed to our table - and she was very attentive all throughout our visit. Before you order, they bring you a sampler of their most popular sushi variants, so that you can taste before you choose - amazing! The menu has quite a wide range of variants, so it was hard to choose. We asked our waitress to bring us a 45-piece combo and then select a couple other flavors from the FDS rolls list, and her recommendations on what to order were on point. The sushi was simply delicious - very fresh, very tasty. We paired our sushi with Las Perdices white wine, one of our friends wanted beer but they had none - that was a bit odd. After dinner, we ordered cocktails that were a bit too weak for our taste - they added more liquor without issues at all. It is a bit pricey, but so are all good sushi places in town. I have tried several places, and this is definitely my favorite Rosario sushi place. I do recommend you book a table, as it is a small venue with an intimate atmosphere, so it does not sit a lot of guests. We will definitely be coming back!
I live in miami, I have my order by whatsapp with a friendly and nice aldana manager I had some problems with my debit card and she has told me anyway: do not worry that her order on the way is for her father, in this...times pandemic times) is really important for us to keep the family to distance.
