Wendy's - Roscoe

Why is it that everytime I come here, if I don't ask for fresh food, my food is coldMy nuggets aredry and rubbery, the fries and the jr bacon cheeseburgers was cold. I don't get it. I just wasted money.... it's just annoying. I was really craving that

The people see you and don't even want to take your order. They just let you stand there waiting for ten minutes. I'm the only one there, and it wasn't even busy. They keep gossiping but don't want to go to the counter and take your order until someone finally decides to. It's the whole attitude thing they got where they look at you and treat you how they see you or how they see fit after lookin at you. I notice that they Hispanic like myself, but as soon as a couple o white dudes show up, all of them get to work and take their orders quickly and are all respectful. They should treat everyone equally with service regardless of how one looks. I'm a tired trucker from driving, and all I wanted was to pay for a meal and go (in and out), but why the attitude, dirty looks, and service with attitude? It was my first and will be my last at this place.

It is just a Wendy's but the service is good the people are nice and plenty of seats available.

Absolutely the worst! Person taking the orders wouldn’t speak over a whisper. Order was wrong not once but twice.

Great food and friendly and fast service. I travel to here for a Wendy's . Rockford Wendy's are horrible, visit this one.Kid-friendliness: They love the $5 biggie bag.
