Hannon's - Roscommon

I've been to Hannans Hotel several times, and my most recent visit was today, Monday afternoon around 2 PM, when I stopped by for coffee with a client. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The service from the female staff member was not welcoming at all; her attitude felt indifferent, and she didn't offer basic courtesies like a smile or even a simple "please" or "thank you." The receptionist's demeanor also didn't help create a positive atmosphere. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

We stopped here on our way home from Knock for a bite to eat, and I'm so glad we did! The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area. Service: 5 stars.

After a long day of private tarot reading in the Fabulous Hannon’s Hotel Sunday 29th of September. I was served the most amazing evening meal. The staff are extremely warm polite and professional. Highly recommend from me Service: 5

Lovely hotel, bit old school which is great nowadays, fantastic parking especially great for truckers. Food service quick and good food at a reasonable price. All on all a great stay. Thank You. Service: 5

Excellent hotel pub! I've always loved chatting with the staff—they're incredibly friendly and approachable. I visited the other day for the first time in a year, and it felt like we had just seen each other last week. The staff is fantastic. Highly recommend! Service: 5
