Mcdonald's - Rose City

Always getting mediocre food. This morning my muffin was barely toasted. Gross. I only come back because its the only McDonalds by me. Ugh! I'm done here.

7:00 AM on a Saturday morning, sat at the drive thru for 8 minutes with no one else in line and no one answering the speaker. Finally got fed up and drove to the first window to ask if I could place an order, she said “yeah, you gotta go through the drive thru”. I told her that I had been sitting there for nearly ten minutes and then she hollered for “Billy”, who I could clearly tell was just walking back from his car after taking a smoke break

I was told to enter my order into a computer myself if I can't get costumer service I'll find so please that still has it.

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for a server to check that they needed to make more. Apparently only the manager can do that. Another 5 for her to start the pot. 20 min wait for a coffee. I was the only customer

Jenna was the manager today. She was beyond friendly and so was the staff. They were clean, and so polite. I recommend this McDonald's. No matter what you order, I recommend it all. Thank you Jenna for everything, your the best!Kid-friendliness: They had the different toys for the happy meals. Again, they were so nice and clean.Wheelchair accessibility: There's different ramps for handicap.
