Shell - Rose City

I use this gas station almost daily and love the people. Would be a 5 star but the manager Laura is extremely rude, however rarely their so little issue.

Was confronted by the attendant/manger about a mask who was not wearing a mask . I informed her that I couldn't wear a mask and she refused me service , telling me that there was a proper way to inform people that I am unable to wear a mask pointing to a button on her shirt . I informed her that my medical condition is not anyone's business but mine and asked if she was gonna sell me gas or not again she refused I will never shop a forwards again.

I fuel up here 2 times a week about 50 gallons total and often buy a pop or something else. No matter how busy this location is, you will wait a long and unreasonable time at a register. Although there often is several tenants available and usually standing around talking, they will only run one register. It's rare to even be paid attention to at all. This fuel station doesn't have any diesel of either grade! The fuel islands are usually a mess and never have windshield fluid, or if they do it's incredibly dirty and not worth using. Although the selection of typical gas station mini mart items is good, this stop may be worth avoiding. The other fuel station in town has very nice and helpful employees that run a good clean station and have both diesel grades... it's worth this stop instead.

Has everything you want and need. Employees are nice, and there's a subway inside. There is usually only one register open. Never seen 2 register open no matter how busy the store is. However, if you use the atm be prepared for the $4.50 fee. It says it'll charge you $2.50, but you'll get another charge for $2.00 an hour later. Because of that, I'm rated it 3 stars instead of 4. If the atm didnt charge $4.50 and if they would open the other register when busy, this place would get 5 stars.

Go 10 miles in any direction and gas will be cheaper
