Very bad customer service, and very stingy, not polite at all.
This place is busy mostly for obvious reasons but don 't go in expecting a good customer service and all fresh ingredients!The lettuce and onions look stale at times:(But overall, the food is good. Low on pocket and filling!
Hands down THE worst subway I’ve been to…I understand getting busy at lunch and I understand if there are new staff, but the service, should I say the lack of service here today was unbelievable. Could have been worse though, I could’ve been the customer that ordered his sub online an hour before and still hadn’t received it when I left after 20 mins of waiting for my order to be made.The sandwiches were slapped together, I had to repeat myself several times, at one point the server walked away half way through me giving my order. Never once did any of the staff apologise for the delay. Each of the staff members (and there were 4 of them) all touched my bread but didn’t actually make the sandwich. And for the third time “No, I don’t want my sandwich toasted”.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for lunch, I know I will next time.
Good service with no long queues. Experience was good. The only downside is that the bread didn't taste so fresh and it was slightly tough and dislike heating up the meatballs in the plastic container which had more plastic wrapping inside. Dangerous to be placing plastic in microwave and who knows if one will be eating melted plastic.
