This location is literally the G.O.A.T. The staff is amazing and knows my order before I even get up to the window most times! Always a pleasant experience I love my Stephens Dutch Bros crew ?

I'm a regular at the Stephens Dutch, my app wasn't working for a month or so and I finally got it working again after resetting my phone number, and the lady working hooked me up with a free drink since I missed out on points for a while. Definitely made my night, always love Dutch Bros but she went above and beyond for me and made me feel really special.

Extremely unprofessional. Went to get a coffee for my brother. And after they served 3 cars at the other window and I could hear them making fun of my handicapped brother I left without my order. I will never go there again.
