Contribuisci feedbackFreaky fast is painfully slow at this location. They can't get an order right to save their lives either. Been eating JJs for 20 years. This is by far the worst location in America. Customer service is horrendous as well. It's worth going to just to see this trainwreck
I 'm so sad because this used to be my favorite place in town to eat, but within the last month or two it 's gone down hill fast. They did away with Jimmy mustard, rebranded their kickin ' ranch as jalapeño ranch which is no where near the same and kind of gross in my opinion, the last few times the bread had either way too done to the point where it has a crunch or way under cooked to the point where it 's borderline doughy, and it seems like all their ingredients have little to no flavor at all. Idk if this is a company issue or just our location but I hope it changes. It 's not like we have a ton of options for eating out or anything.
You wonder how franchises like this make it?They have and app, thats useless we order often enough, and the app is great. But imagine ordering, input each persons name like the app allows go back to your office with a box of food and non are labelled. Maybe its just me, but pretty sure others don't want me pawing through their food.This is not isolated. Happens every single time, does no use to mention it. The manager does not care to even improve service.They are located near allot professional building and is why the are popular. But you can buy two identical sandwiches and they will weigh different in a major way.I like the food, even though they pile on lettuce its already expensive, I ordered a sandwich not a salad.
Called asking how long my order was going to take after it’s already been placed 20minutes prior, was told it would take another 40 minutes for it to leave for delivery. So now we’re at 40minutes vs the supposed 5-10 minute wait, I mentioned it’s taking an awfully long time and was proceeded to be told 20 minutes? And was hung up on before even saying anything else. Absolutely not okay in any regards. This is the 3rd time my order has taken longer than 5-10 minutes. The previous takes my subs were extremely dry and condiments were non existent on my sub. Don’t hang up on someone calling to ask about their orders. Extremely rude. Corporate was called.
Was not impressed with our visit today. Customer service was not what I would expect. No effort was given to my wife's dietary needs, so her sandwich was eatable but not tasty. My sandwich, in comparison to other sandwich vendors, was not as fulfilling and enjoyable.Don't anticipate returning to a Jimmy John's.
