Sonic Drive-in - Roseburg North

Literally sat at the voice box for 15 minutes straight, only customer in the parking lot never got service whatsoever. Having literally worked this job in the past y’all are doing utterly terrible

Unless your using an App or grub hub pickup, you cannot park and order from menu board. Took detour off I-5 to get dinner for 3 and learned only drive through option was available at this time.

It was not busy today, and the customer service was fantastic. The chicken tasted like chicken, and it did its job to satiate my hunger.

First location that didn't offer cut up banana in a strawberry real fruit drink.

My visit here was better than most. I would have given 5 stars, but when my order was screwed up, I wasn't given my receipt AND had to go back to talk to the Manager...not a 5 Star moment. I will say, however, that when I went in the next day to speak with the Manager about the mix up, she was very understanding and gave me everything that I was missing from my original order after I explained what happened, while giving the names of the 2 employees who I dealt with on the order. I have to say, the Manager I dealt with...was very professional and understanding. My experience with her was 5 stars, even though the rest was 4 stars.
