Bubble Tea House - Roseburg

I really don't get the negative reviews. My family and I have been to this restaurant multiple times, and the teriyaki is fantastic. We also really enjoy the boba – it's absolutely delicious. The family running the place is very welcoming, but they don't tolerate rude customers.

I've been coming to this restaurant since it first opened, and I truly adore it! The food is scrumptious, and there are a wide variety of drinks available. The staff is always friendly, and I've had wonderful experiences with them every time.

The food is fantastic, but the staff could use some improvement. I've noticed that if I don't walk in with a big smile, the service can be impatient or a bit rude. This hasn't always been the situation, but I've noticed this trend over the past year. It's disappointing, but the drinks are so good that I can look past it.

Super clean, friendly, good costumes services. They treated their customers like a family. Their teriyaki chicken combo is to die for and bubble tea drinks is unbelievable,the best of all places.
