Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Roseburg

The hamburger and fries were both cold and stale. The Blizzard had no flavor and was lacking in candy. I’m unlikely to return to this Dairy Queen.

I went to get a few Blizzards and had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The speaker and microphone are so outdated that you have to shout just to be heard, and even then, it's hard to understand the staff. When I spoke with the manager, she seemed unaware of why her employees were behaving as they were. Overall, this restaurant was a disappointment. I won't be returning.

I can't understand how anyone could be disappointed with Dairy Queen; it's fantastic! To be honest, I don't dine out often, but I always look forward to getting a Blizzard. The Blizzards were amazing (I even got my dad a cherry one), and the person at the drive-thru with the friendly smile and earrings really matched my excitement for the Blizzards, which made the experience even better! I would definitely recommend this place for all your ice cream cravings. Thanks again!

Don't do a lot of reviews but this place is just sad. Its like it's ran by children, not even smart ones. It's dirty and full of flies, cold food, and the employees couldn't get an order correct if it was only 1 item. How there's good reviews for thisplace, is beyond me.

Clean and modern dining area, friendly enough service staff for fast food, and good adherence to the DQ quality standards. But something strange: Although there 's a sign by the door, Skip the line, order online , I walked straight to the order counterwith no line, and had my meal in just five minutes. But my friends who were with me at the time took the sign 's advice, orderedonline, and then waited 20 minutes for their food, even after repeatedly going to the order counter to inquire about theirorder. I 'd love to give you a five-star rating, DQ Roseburg, but do something about your horrible online order process!
