Make sure you check your hot sauce before you drive away. Lately they've been so cheap with the hot sauce. I don't understand it. It's like the employees are paying for the hot sauce or something. Makes no sense. You used to get plenty of hot sauce. Now you barely get any. The whole point of Taco Bell is their hot sauce... step up your game Taco Bell!!! Service: Take out

My partner was given the incorrect order and the restaurant refused to fix the mistake, despite him showing them the receipt. The staff was unfriendly and seemed unconcerned. Take-out service for dinner, with prices ranging from $1-10 per person. Food was rated 3, service 1, and atmosphere 2.

The food was amazing and overall it was a good experience. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 4 out of 5.

There is a note at the counter stating that due to staff shortages, customers may experience delays in service and are encouraged to use a kiosk. I attempted to order using the kiosk but found that certain items could not be customized as I prefer. After waiting at the counter, I was greeted by a rude staff member who insisted I use the kiosk. Eventually, another employee arrived and apologized for the inconvenience. Despite the apology, the initial interaction deterred me from returning to the restaurant. Additionally, I found it unprofessional to address staff issues through a note rather than addressing them directly. If there are staffing issues, the restaurant should consider replacing ineffective employees.
