Taco Bell - Roseburg

This Taco Bell location frequently has a long line, but they stay open late. We decided to order online while waiting in line in our car, which made the ordering and checkout process faster. The food was great and the service was friendly, despite the small size of the restaurant.

I ordered an article that they did not have everything to the cash make a suggestion of their own invention, the phenomenal beach paradise on my taste buds rockstar idee isabelle!

The workers were nice, the food was great, and the bathrooms were clean. it would be highly recommended.

Last week went to get burritos after getting groceries. Had no idea it would take 40 minutes to get thru the line to order, another 10 to get my food. Nice young girl gave me a coupon for a taco and said they were short handed. Ok, I accepted, got home, ice cream melted and missing an item. This week tried it again, 56 minutes to go from order to food. Again, short handed and counted my items before I left. Missing 1 burrito and no sauces. Lobby closed both times and after 8:00 pm when ordering. I can’t be the only one frustrated with this establishment. Guess no more burrito’s for my man’s cravings or I just drive to Green District Taco Bell and see if they are quicker.

The employee at this restaurant was extremely rude. When I went in to pick up my takeout order, I approached the counter and asked the older gentleman working there if my order was ready. He snapped back rudely and said he didn't know, and told me to use the kiosk instead because he was just clocking out on his break.
