This is a review specific to their brunch. We made reservations for my moms bday and was seated pretty close to our time. Sat for 30m and had not gotten our drinks. It took two of us two times of finding a server to try and find out how the brunch works. 45m in we got coffee and water. Coffee came in hodge podge cups. Still here OJ had been ordered and had not arrived. My mom ordered bottomless mimosas, has not arrived. At this rate she will be lucky to get one. They are busy but there are empty tables around us. So not packed.

Romantic dinner for two spot. Service was excellent and so was the food. Event space for special gatherings. Outdoor patios with fireplace, separate Cigar and Whiskey Rooms for after- dinner lounging.

Don't walk... RUN to the parrot house! Can't begin to say enough AMAZING things about The Parrot House, the Owner, Heidi, and her amazing staff. We came to Heidi with a last minute wedding venue nightmare. Not only did her and her team jump on it quickly and with grace to the circumstances, but they pulled it off flawlessly and with the least amount of stress possible for the bride groom. They quite literally saved the day!! The venue is INCREDIBLE... The history, the ambiance, the incredible staff that feels like family, was more than any of us could have imagined. The whiskey bar was AWESOME, the pavilion and patio's are an incredible indoor outdoor space, with hours of labor and love that is evident at every turn. THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. Filet steak was melting in your mouth. Seared salmon was bursting with flavor. The sides were all a huge hit, too. They bent over backwards to make the couples special day one that won't be soon forgotten, and they pulled it off in only 5 days notice. We will certainly be back to see our Parrott House family for their regular Dinner and Brunch services, and it will be my first recommendation for anyone looking for a venue event space in Southern Oregon. Heidi and crew, thank you for everything. You have a magical space and made a magical evening for some very thankful people. Wheelchair accessibility: easy wheelchair access!
