Inside Out Rosedale

Disappointing experience! After a long wait to order, the owner walked off while we were ordering then rushed through taking our order when he eventually came back 30 mins later. Waited an hour for 1 kids meal and 1.5 hours for the rest which came out with one meal forgotten. Poor drink service, if you could catch anyone to ask for another drink! And disappointed to see others who arrived after our group eat leave before our food even arrived! After going to pay for the bill 3hours after arriving, the wait staff couldn’t help, we had to wait for the owner to come out from the kitchen another 10 mins. After complimenting his food which was the only nice thing about the night we complained about the wait time he was extremely rude, dismissive walked off. The food was very nice but suggest to order it as take away 3 hours before you want to eat take it home for a nicer dining experience. We will not be returning!

Visited Sale recently and had a wonderful dinner with host Frank at the Inside Out Restaurant (formerly of Rosedale). Host was most welcoming and explained the menu with enthusiasm. Settled for the veal medallions and linguini marinara and while the recommendation was good... the food delivered to our table was superb! Cooked to perfection and served with great appreciation. These two travelers were well pleased with the meal and could not fault the service. While our standards may be high this place does Sale proud. Keep up the good work Frank!

Service wasn't too bad, two waitresses were run off the feet on the night. The food however...the rice in the Risotto was burnt, and not just one dish of Risotto had burnt rice but a quite a few suffered the same fate. Rib eye steaks were tough as old boots. Someone else had mussels and prawns on their steak, 5 mussels (yum), but only 2 out of the 5 shells had anything in it. The kitchen staff helped out with serving the meals, the place looks classy and the kitchen staff serving the meals in dressed shabbily. The meals brought out reminded me of how a pup serves a meal, at the top of her voice she calls out who wants a parma!! Not again

Had dinner with friends and the food was just great. Frank the owner recommended the antipasto as an entrée which we loved and the mains were divine. They did run out of beer after 2 rounds which was a little surprising. The service was slow and patrons need to have plenty of time, but we did and had a very enjoyable evening. Will definitely be back for more of that Italian home style cooking. The tortellini was just terrific.

This restaurant has relocated to Sale after being closed for not following regulations. My coworkers and I were in town looking for some Italian cuisine. Despite reading negative reviews about the restaurant and concerns about staff mistreatment, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast service, delicious food, and hospitable owner, Frank. None of us had any complaints about our meals, and I particularly enjoyed the marinara dish. I will definitely return and provide an updated review if my experience changes.
