I cannot believe that Rotisserie Chicken was delivered by an Uber driver to my house cold and incorrect. I contacted Red Rooster in Lakemba and received a unsatisfactory response regarding the mistakes made by the driver. I explained that there is a default for Red Rooster orders to be delivered by Uber drivers when I pay for delivery service, expecting my order to arrive hot and correct. Unfortunately, both orders arrived cold and incorrect. I am disappointed with their services and will not be using them again.

Eat, but nothing special. I thought it was expensive for what it was. it was convenient so we stopped, but next we would go to mcdonald’s and get a worth meal for less. personal was friendly

Ordered 2 ripa combos, was made to wait over 15mins, they came back to say that they did not roll too right for them when I happy with the buckling reel instead. no other car in the car thru next to me just 2. people eat in, really don't understand why the wait was so long, why after 15 minutes wait they come to say they are out of the brot for my order. definitiw will not go back there.
