China Bistro - Rosemead

I discovered this fantastic restaurant two years ago when I was working nearby, and I made it a point to visit every Friday for lunch. I went to Ga Dayum today, and it was just as incredible as I remembered. I've really missed this place! I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed her food. The outdoor seating provided a great experience. However, they close early, with the last seating at 8:00 PM.

Both the pricing and taste of the dishes were outstanding. Each dish was packed with fantastic flavors. We refer to this kind of flavor as "Wokhei," the essence of a well-cooked Cantonese meal. The ingredients in all our dishes were fresh and generous; they definitely don’t skimp on quality. My fried rice was loaded with dried scallops and crab meat, which is rare for most restaurants to include so many expensive dried scallops in a fried rice dish. A standout dish was the Gailan with dried squid, which had a bold seafood flavor. They cooked it perfectly, using just the right amount of soy and oyster sauce to enhance the dried scallops and achieve the ideal taste. Currently, the restaurant only offers outdoor seating with limited capacity, so I recommend arriving early for lunch, as it tends to get crowded. We look forward to returning soon to try more of their dishes.

Eat good quality and affordable cantons. Here ordered a few times and the owner is very nice / friendly. The selection of lemon ice tea or regular tea is free with any Entree. Portions are good and freshly cooked to order. Many articles to choose from. Make sure you get a menu for your future order. Otherwise google for your menu online.
