El Pollo Loco - Rosemead

This Pollo Loco in Rosemead is a very clean place, great customer service, great staff, friendly, delicious food, and the manager is very nice to all the customers, I like that she is so polite and friendly with all her customers. The app wasn't working properly, so I had to go in and order in store. Two stars for the wonky app. Five stars for the friendly helpful associates at the store. Three stars for the chicken whoa too salty!! But...five-stars for the mashed potatoes and the Mac n cheese.

It cost nothing absolutely nothing to be kind and provide excellent customer service and I appreciate Amber C for that acknowledgment as well as her team on 8/26 at 1PM when I visited. The chicken was tasteful and my salad was fresh. The eating area was clean and everyone was great. The parking lot was packed but that's not their problem.. LOL my new Pollo Loco go-to.

Continue ordering on App. Good. Here we go. Pack my classic chicken Burrito. Oh also you can specify all your salsas and stuff on the app. Nice and easy.
