Starbucks - Rosemead

Always had a great experience always order a caramel macchiato with frappuccino. Outdoor seating here is nice. Parking can get a bit hectic during lunch hours.

Due to covid, i decided to grab a chair and a small table to sit outside. After 10 minutes, the server came outside and let us know that we can 't sit OUTSIDE because of covid , the server said: you are allowed to sit inside . This is so weird , i never heard of it. Other Starbucks store, they would love you to sit outside but not this store. I don 't recommend this place if i could give 0 star i would do it!!!!

Service was quick and the older lady who made our drinks was quick. Drinks were well made. Inside store was clean and there was hand sanitizer throughout the store.

The ladies working this morning were super friendly. The lady helping me today was considerate to ask if whip was okay with my drink because I ordered soy. Great service!

I don't often go to Starbucks at all, but when I woke up to my wifi down at home, I urgently came here at 8am so that I could work. With such a bad start to my day, this was such a great spot to work. They were playing Taylor Swift's entire album the whole time and that really lifted my mood. The playlist here was spot on. In addition, I overheard many customer interactions with the employees while I was working here and the customer service was excellent, which was pleasant to hear.
