The experience exceeded my expectations! The dinner was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic!

The food is great, although it tends to be a bit on the sweet side. The server provided excellent service.

I was thrilled with the Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls and the cherry plate. I ordered a Tennessee Mule, which is a must-try if you enjoy whiskey and cranberry vodka; my wife loved it too. For the main course, I had a full rack of Jack Daniel’s glazed baby back ribs served with shrimp. Overall, it was an excellent meal!

We opted for an appetizer package that included 30 orders of loaded potato skins, mozzarella sticks, and spinach dip. The appetizers were served in generous self-serve trays, and we had plenty of leftovers to take home. Our package also included 140 alcoholic drinks, which came in the form of redeemable drink tickets covering beer, wine, and cocktails. We didn’t end up using all the drink tickets, but that was perfectly fine with me. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we were thrilled with the overall experience! Joe and his team did a remarkable job hosting our after-party, and we will certainly return in the future!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was slow and the food was not good at all. I went on a Tuesday night, and the appetizers were the only redeeming part of the meal. My son ordered a medium steak and upgraded to macaroni, but he found it so unappetizing that he spat it out. My daughter tried the fried shrimp, but it tasted like fish and she refused to eat it. The mashed potatoes were excessively greasy and completely unenjoyable. I had a burger, which was decent but nothing special. This was my first visit to a TGI, and I won’t be returning. The service was excruciatingly slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. At one point, I waited 10 minutes just to ask for a drink refill because the waiter was nowhere to be found. I’d recommend going elsewhere unless you’re just looking for drinks and appetizers.
