Took literally 15 minutes to get a poutine. They passed 4 customers before me.

Ma mère a commandé une cuisse et le poulet était sec et pas bon.....Elle a été le dire aux employés...un des monsieur a sacré et a dit qu'il connaissait ça les poulets.....et il n'a pas remboursé ou remplacé le poulet....Service à la clientèle pourri et nourriture dégueulasse.

The food and service here are outstanding. Since the pandemic began, I've had a hard time finding a restaurant that prioritizes safety and consistency like this one. I visit twice a week and highly recommend the smoked meat poutine or the roasted chicken! This place puts the big chains to shame.

After handling money at the register, adjusting his mask, and touching other things around him, the cook prepared my sandwich with his bare hands, without gloves and without having washed his hands! It's hard to understand this during a pandemic!
