Madisons New York Grill & Bar

It took 2 hours to get served eating, was worst as the worst! had the same experience in chemin Sainte-Marie in kirkland, but at least this place is closed! in rosemère we felt that if they do not order alcohol/wine they are pushed on the back burner! never again! every madison location!

This restaurant has improved since my last visit. the service was good, the daily specials and steak selection were great. it is ideal in the rosemere plaza with plenty of free parking. but they also have an outside finishing, we prefer to eat in the dining room with air conditioning on this day. the steaks were prepared for our requirements with large vegetables (brokolli, carrots, green beans). we ordered a plate with fresh, decorated mushrooms that were great. overall and very good experience.

We were in rosemere, qc and felt like a good steak for dinner. the restaurant is conveniently located in the rosemere plaza. the restaurant ambiente and decor was good and what they would expect from a steak house with tables, stands, etc. The...Steak menu was ok, but not extensive. our server was experienced, however, he was not a very friendly person and did not spend much time telling us the specialties or good menu points. overall not a bad experience, but certainly to improve space.

I am disappointed, even though they made changes last year. All the other restaurants are doing better. The salad comes in a small bowl, while all the others serve it in a large bowl. The spinach dip is too firm and the sauce is hard. The server was almost cold and the dish tasted very bland. However, the tuna steak was good, although the portion size varied. This restaurant is not up to my usual standards and I am not sure if I will return. Please make improvements to be on par with other restaurants.

We went out for dinner last night. When the bill was brought to us, the waitress began suggesting how much of a tip we should leave. We informed her that we were planning to leave $10 on a $90 bill. She was not happy with this and seemed upset. Normally we tip 15%, but the service was only average and we felt that we were overcharged for some of our drinks. We believe that the tip should be based on the quality of service provided. The waitress insisted that the amount wasn't enough and said that they couldn't survive on that. She continued to argue with us. Well, as a result, we have decided that we will not be returning to this restaurant.
