Here's how my experiences went: 1- Location It is located in the main artery of the city of Rosemere just as you cross the bridge from Laval. The place might not be directly visible from the road but you can definitely see its sign. The good thing about location is that it has a nice free parking space just in front and on the sides of the building where the restaurant is located. The building is an office space so after hours most employees leave the area leave you with the freedom to park anywhere on either sides. 2- The restaurant itself It seems to be an old place that has been around for sometime. As you enter the main door you can automatically see the whole kitchen in front of you. Most of time I have been there I see it very foggy from all the smoke coming out of the firers. The restaurant is not very big and has some tables that are nicely distant from one another. It is actually nice and cool to sit on there as the place seems relaxing and cool. One of the best feature of the place are the large aquariums at the entrance. If you happen to pick your take away, you can just enjoy looking at the fishes while your order is being prepared 3- The menu It is very much of fast food Chinese. But I have to say that it is a really tasty, but you have to mind the deep fried stuff. Portions are generous so you will definitely feel your money's worth but this is not much your luxury place. I don't think this place has much to offer but it is not bad for a weekday visit after work to have a quick bite or to pick up some take away. Please like this review if you find it helpful. If you appreciate hearty, well-prepared VietNamese food then Chez Lien is for you. Take your pick: everything from hunger satisfying soups to full course meals are available. Fried bananas for dessert! Decor is nothing special but modestly presentable. Fast, efficient service. Eat there or bring it home, it's great either way. BYOB
We arrived at 7 pm. Very busy but were seated immediately. Server came to see us right away. We ordered and were served in record time. Food was warm and tasty. Big portions. Well balanced between meat, vegetables, and rice. We will return. Excellent service.
I have eaten only once in the restaurant but I had their delicious and low priced food quite often as take out. Their chicken soup is wonderful just the right stuff for the cold winter months.
Restaurant sympathique où vous serez toujours satisfait! Bon bouffe, bon service, apportez votre vin.
