Taco Bell - Rosemont

I am incredibly dissatisfied! I wish I could get a refund. Everything tasted bland, as if it had been soaked in water. The taco bowls were poorly made. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The night staff seemed disinterested as well.

The kerl worked best happy, funny, honest, helpful. (receipt says elvia d. and the whole order was right what never happened at taco bell. and fast!

Extremely unprofessional. taco bell must hire better people. the employees at the location rosemont are incompetent. I have measured my whole order and refusing to fix her mistake. he even wanted to talk to my fiancée about it. I don't know why he assumed that we wanted to eat free (because these words came from his ignorant mouth) but we didn't even want to eat free! we just wanted our order to be corrected correctly and we would cover the difference. if I could give zero stars. I would.

Why do they ask how many hot sauces you want if they aren't paying attention? I returned after mentioning that I wanted 4 hot sauces for each of my tacos, which totaled 12. However, I only received 4. When I brought it up, the lady gave me 6 more but then looked at me as if to say, "What are you waiting for?"

The staff is incredibly friendly and the drive-thru service is fast. However, the location is quite cramped, with only about four parking spots available and no additional parking options. Be aware of an unusual individual across the street who seems to monitor the parking lot and may harass you until you leave. Overall, I recommend using the drive-thru for this Taco Bell.
